Return Process

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method or an agreed alternative

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via mobile banking or bank transfer.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
